WhatsApp Araby Terms of Use
Last updated 30 October 2026 Version 2
These terms govern your use of the WhatsApp Araby website (waaraby.com), the dashboard, the API and every related service. By using the service or creating an account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the WhatsApp Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to them. The Arabic version governs if the two differ.
About WhatsApp Araby
WhatsApp Araby is software provided by LinkMasr for running your business's WhatsApp number from one dashboard: a shared team inbox, campaigns and scheduled messages, templates, auto-replies and an AI assistant, groups and Status, chat links, an API and webhooks.
WhatsApp Araby is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its owner.
How linking your number works
You link your number by scanning a QR code or entering a pairing code in the WhatsApp app on your phone. Our service then becomes a "linked device" on your number, exactly as WhatsApp Web does. This link is unofficial: it does not go through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, so there is no template approval and no Meta fee per message.
- Your phone keeps working as usual, and you can unlink at any time from "Linked devices" in WhatsApp or from the dashboard.
- WhatsApp may restrict or ban any number that breaks its rules or is reported by recipients. That is WhatsApp's decision alone and we cannot reverse it. You alone are responsible for your number and how you use it.
- We apply hourly and daily limits and a warm-up period for new numbers to reduce that risk, but we cannot guarantee your number will not be restricted.
- Each number slot in your subscription is locked to the phone that first linked it. Changing the phone is free once; after that it needs our approval.
Eligibility and your account
The service is for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 and give accurate details: name, email, mobile number and business name. We confirm your email and mobile with a code; you cannot link a WhatsApp number or send before your email is confirmed.
Account and team security
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Turn on two-step verification in your settings.
- The account owner invites team members, sets their roles (owner, admin, agent, viewer) and the numbers each one may use, and is responsible for what they do in the account.
- A member who is deactivated or removed loses access immediately.
- Tell us at once at the address below if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You follow the WhatsApp Acceptable Use Policy published on our site. In short, you must not:
- Message people who have not agreed to hear from you, or buy or scrape phone lists without their owners' permission.
- Ignore unsubscribe requests. Words such as "STOP" and «إلغاء» unsubscribe automatically and you must not work around that.
- Send unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content, harassment, hate, or content impersonating anyone.
- Try to get around the safety limits, reach another account's data, disrupt the service, or resell it without a written agreement with us.
We may pause sending from any number or campaign whose failure or unsubscribe rate goes over the allowed level, to protect your number and others.
Your content and your customers' data
You own the content you send and the contacts you store, and you are responsible for their lawfulness and for having the consent of the people you message. We process this data on your behalf and only to provide the service to you, as the Privacy Policy explains. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
The AI assistant and auto-replies
The AI assistant answers only from the information you write about your business, and it can be wrong. You are responsible for checking that information and for the replies sent from your number. The assistant stops answering a chat for a while after one of your team replies, and hands chats to you when needed.
API and webhooks
API keys are secret and belong to your account; do not share them or put them in public code. Requests are rate-limited, and we send signed webhooks only to the public addresses you set.
Package, prices and payment
- The package is EGP 999 a month and includes one user, one WhatsApp number and every feature.
- Each extra number is EGP 500 a month with every feature, and each extra user EGP 200 a month. The prices shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard are the reference.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance for one month or more. Add-ons bought mid-month are charged for the days left until renewal.
- Payment is currently by bank transfer, InstaPay or mobile wallet with an uploaded receipt; the subscription starts once we have checked the receipt.
- We remind you 7, 3 and 1 days before renewal and on the day. After the renewal date there is a 3-day grace period; then sending stops until payment, while your data and waiting messages are kept.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy on our site.
Free trial
The free trial includes every feature for a limited time with a small daily limit on broadcast messages, and needs no card. When it ends, sending stops until you subscribe.
Availability and WhatsApp changes
We aim to run the service without interruption, but it is provided "as is" and may stop for maintenance or for failures outside our control. The link also depends on WhatsApp, which may change how linked devices work at any time in a way that stops some or all features. We are not liable for interruptions caused by that, and we will make reasonable efforts to restore the service or tell you.
Suspension and closing your account
- You can delete your account from the settings at any time; it is deleted after a 7-day period during which you can change your mind.
- We may suspend your account or stop a number at once if these terms or the usage policy are broken, if the use endangers the service or others, or on an order from a competent authority. Outside serious cases we tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.
- You can appeal any action by writing to the address below; we will review it and reply.
Intellectual property
The service, its design, logo and code belong to LinkMasr. Your subscription gives you the right to use the service for your business while it lasts, and no right to copy, modify or resell it.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that the service will meet all your needs or that WhatsApp will not restrict your number, and we are not liable for lost profit, data or reputation or any indirect loss. In any case our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and will tell you about material changes by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept it, and we may ask you to accept the new version explicitly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute. The Arabic version governs if it differs from this English translation.
