What is the WhatsApp Araby package?
One package with every feature: 999 EGP per month, including one user and one WhatsApp number. You can add numbers (500 EGP/month each) and users (200 EGP/month each). There are no message packs — everything is included within the safety caps.
Is there a message limit?
We do not sell message packs. Each number has hourly and daily safety caps to protect it from bans, adjustable by admins. Replies inside open conversations are not capped.
How do I link my WhatsApp number?
From the Numbers page: scan the QR code with WhatsApp, or enter your number to get an 8-character pairing code. Linking takes under a minute.
How do I pay?
Payment is currently manual: bank transfer, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash per the admin instructions, then upload your receipt for approval. Online payment gateways are being prepared.
Can I add numbers or users later?
Yes, any time from the billing page. Add-ons are charged pro-rata until your next renewal, then renew with the subscription.
What counts as a user?
A user is a seat: a person who can sign in. The account owner uses the first seat. Invitations and roles all count against seats.
Does the free trial need a card?
No. The trial starts automatically at sign-up for 7 days with every feature, no card needed.
Are you affiliated with WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp Araby is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its owner.
Can my number get banned?
Any unsolicited bulk sending carries a ban risk. We provide safety caps, paced sending and risk warnings, but following the Acceptable Use Policy is your responsibility.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The dashboard is fully responsive and works on phones, and you can enable browser notifications.
Can my team share one dashboard?
Yes. Invite your teammates and give each a role (owner, admin, agent, viewer) and per-number access.
