Unofficial connection

You link your own number through an unofficial connection to WhatsApp Web. This connection is not provided, approved or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta, and their rules may change.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining your customers' consent before messaging them and for the content of every message sent from your number.

Ban risk

Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) can get your number permanently banned by WhatsApp. We provide safety caps and paced sending to reduce the risk, but the final decision is WhatsApp's.

Prohibited

Do not use the service for misleading messages, illegal content, marketing without consent, impersonation, or anything that breaches WhatsApp's terms.

Opt-out

Every campaign message must let recipients opt out easily. Anyone who asks is removed from all lists immediately.
